시스템 복원, 백업 또는 Windows 업데이트 수정을 위한 오류 0x80070013

1] Windows 업데이트 구성 요소 재설정

SoftwareDistribution 폴더(SoftwareDistribution folder) 의 내용을 삭제하고   Catroot2  폴더를 재설정해야 합니다(reset the Catroot2 folder) .

2] Windows 업데이트(Use Windows Update) 문제 해결사 사용

Windows 업데이트 문제 해결사 를 실행  합니다 . Microsoft의  온라인 Windows 업데이트 문제 해결사(Online Windows Update Troubleshooter) 를 실행하여 문제 해결  에 도움이 되는지 확인할 수도 있습니다.

시스템 복원 오류 0x80070013 수정

시스템 복원(System Restore) 의 경우 오류 상태:

System Restore did not complete successfully. Your computer’s system files and settings were not changed.

Details: System Restore failed while scanning the file system on the drive <Partition Letter>

The drive might be corrupt. You might want to retry System Restore after running chkdsk /R on this disk.

An unspecified error occurred during System Restore. (0x80070013)

You can try System Restore again and choose a different restore point. If you continue to see this error, you can try an advanced recovery method.

1] 시스템 파일 검사기 및 DISM 사용

CMD를 관리자(Run CMD as Administrator)  로 실행한 후 다음 명령을  실행하여 시스템 파일 검사기 를 실행하십시오 .

sfc /scannow

스캔이 완료된 후 시스템을 다시 시작하십시오.

프리웨어  FixWin  을 사용하여 클릭 한 번으로 시스템 파일 검사기(System File Checker) 유틸리티를 실행할 수도 있습니다.

이제  DISM 을 사용하여 Windows 업데이트 파일을 수정 하려면 명령 프롬프트(관리자) (Command Prompt (Admin) ) 를 열고  다음 세 가지 명령을 차례로 하나씩 입력하고 Enter 키를 누릅니다 .

Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth
Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth
Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

이 DISM 명령을 실행하고 완료되면 컴퓨터를 다시 시작하고 다시 시도하십시오.

2] CHKDSK 사용

더 많은 작업을 수행하기 위해 ChkDsk(command line version of ChkDsk) 의 명령줄 버전을 사용합니다   . 명령 프롬프트를 관리자(Run Command Prompt as Administrator) 로 실행하고 다음 명령을 실행합니다.

chkdsk <Drive Letter>: /f /r /x /b

오류 확인 및 수정을 시작하거나 다음 메시지가 표시됩니다  Chkdsk cannot run because the volume is in use by another process, Would you like the schedule this volume to be checked the next time the system restarts? (Y/N)

다음에 시스템이 다시 시작될 때 디스크 검사(Disk Check)  를 예약하려면 Y 를 누르  십시오.

Windows 백업 오류 0x80070013 수정

Windows 백업(Windows Backup) 의 경우 오류 상태:

Check your backup, Windows Backup failed while trying to read from this shadow copy on one of the volumes being backed up. Please check in the event logs for any relevant errors.

The backup failed, The media is write protected (0x80070013).

1] Windows 백업 서비스(Windows Backup Service) 상태 확인(Check)

검색 시작(Start) 상자 에 services.msc  를 입력  하고 Enter 키 를 눌러 (Enter)Windows 서비스 관리자(Windows Services Manager) 를 엽니다  .

Windows 백업 서비스(Windows Backup Service) 를 찾은 다음 두 번 클릭하여 속성(Properties) 상자를 엽니다.

시작 유형 이 사용 (Startup Type)안함(Disabled) 으로 설정된 경우 수동(Manual) 으로 변경합니다 . 이 서비스(Service) 는 백업 및 복원 기능을 제공하므로 필요합니다.

적용(Click Apply) 을 클릭한 다음 컴퓨터를 재부팅하여 변경 사항을 적용한 다음 이것이 오류를 제거하는 데 도움이 되었는지 확인하십시오.

2] 디스크에서 오류 및 불량 섹터 확인(Check)

때로는 디스크 오류로 인해 Windows 10 백업이 실패할 수도 있습니다. 따라서(Hence) 오류 및 불량 섹터에 대한 디스크를 확인하는 것이 도움이 될 수 있습니다. 이를 위해서는 ChkDsk /r 매개변수를 사용해야 합니다. /r 매개변수는 오류뿐만 아니라 선택한 디스크의 불량 섹터도 복구합니다.

chkdsk /r X:

위(Replace) 명령의 문자 X를 드라이브 문자로 바꾸십시오.
